We are required to hold a basic level of personal information on all guests that attend a Fenland Adventure experience. Data will be stored on an encrypted database and used before and during your visit. We will collect the following personal data:

MAIN CONTACT

• Name

• Contact Number 

• Email Address 

GROUP INFORMATION

• Name of each participant 

• Medical details of each participant 

COLLECTING DATA

Data is collected prior to your visit via email and Google Forms. In some circumstances, personal data may be collected or amended during your visit. 

CONSENT

Permission to hold and use your data is obtained on submission. On submitting your data you are agreeing to its use as specified in this document. 

DATA SHARING

Your data will be shared with our instructors and booking team only. 

We will not share your data with third parties. 

METHODS OF COMMUNICATION

We communicate via email and telephone. 

DELETING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will delete your personal data following your visit, however, your booking information will be kept on record for the statutory minimum. You can request for this to be removed at any time.
